We've teamed up with our training partners - RunningWithUs - to provide you with some training plans to make you the best obstacle racer you can be!
Tough Sh!t isn't just a run with a few extra difficulties thrown in the way.
You'll need to be able to combine running with moving your bodyweight over, under and through obstacles on the day.
You may also be required to carry or lift heavy items so it’s important to do some strength exercises focusing on all areas of the body.
If you can practice climbing, crawling and carrying (as well as a bit of wading) you’ll be in great shape to prove ‘you’re the sh!t’.
